Everything you need to manage your workforce
Time tracking, screenshots, activity monitoring, timesheets, payroll, invoicing, GPS tracking, and analytics — in one privacy-first platform.
Time Tracking
Accurate time recording for every work style
One-click timer
Start and stop tracking with a single click. Select a project and task before you begin — your time is linked automatically.
Manual time entries
Forgot to start the timer? Add time manually with notes explaining why. Organization policy controls whether manual entries require approval.
Idle detection
Detects when you step away from your computer. Configurable idle timeout (5–15 minutes). Idle time is logged separately so reports stay accurate.
Project & task selection
Choose a project, task, and optionally a client before tracking. Every minute is accounted for and tied to real work.
Notes & descriptions
Add notes to any time entry to describe what you worked on. Useful for timesheet reviews and client reporting.
Overlap prevention
Only one timer can run at a time per user. The system prevents overlapping entries so data is always clean.
Screenshots
Proof of work with full privacy controls
Automatic capture
Screenshots are taken automatically at random intervals while the timer is running. Frequency is configurable: 1, 2, or 3 captures per 10 minutes.
Random timing
Capture times are randomized within each 10-minute window with a minimum 90-second gap between shots. No predictable patterns.
Multi-monitor support
Captures all connected displays. Each monitor is captured individually and uploaded as a separate screenshot.
Blur & privacy protection
Enable blur mode to automatically obscure screenshot content. Protects sensitive information like passwords, emails, and financial data.
Employee self-view
Employees can see every screenshot their manager sees. Full transparency — view by date, grouped by 10-minute windows or as a flat timeline.
Screenshot deletion
Organization policy can allow employees to delete their own screenshots. Deleted screenshots are soft-removed with an audit trail.
Activity Monitoring
Measure real engagement — not keystrokes
Mouse & keyboard tracking
Counts mouse movements, clicks, and keyboard events per minute. Never logs what you type — only event counts. Privacy-first by design.
Activity level (%)
Calculates activity percentage each minute using a weighted formula: mouse (45%), keyboard (35%), clicks (15%), mouse distance (5%). Capped at 100%.
Active application tracking
Detects which application is in the foreground. Shows app names in activity reports. Helps understand how time is distributed across tools.
URL detection (browsers)
When a browser is active, extracts the domain from the window title. Full URLs are never stored by default — only domains, and only if enabled.
Focus time & idle time
Focus minutes (activity ≥ 70%) and idle minutes are tracked separately. Helps identify productive work periods vs. downtime.
Productivity score
A composite score combining average activity, focus time ratio, and idle ratio. Provides a single-number productivity indicator per day.
Timesheets & Approvals
Structured review and approval workflows
Weekly timesheets
Automatic weekly timesheets generated from tracked time. View by day, project, or task. Total hours are calculated automatically.
Submit / approve / reject
Employees submit timesheets for review. Managers approve or reject with optional notes. Approved time flows into payroll and invoicing.
Approval queue
Managers see a clear queue of pending timesheets. Filter by team, member, or date range. Bulk approve supported.
Timesheet notes & context
Reviewers can see time entry notes, activity levels, screenshots (if enabled), and manual time flags — all in one view.
CSV export
Export timesheets to CSV for payroll processing, accounting systems, or client billing. Filterable by date, project, and member.
Manual time flagging
Manually added time is clearly flagged in timesheets. Managers can see the reason provided and decide whether to approve.
Projects, Tasks & Clients
Organize work and track progress
Project management
Create projects with budgets (hours or cost), billable rates, and client associations. Track status: active, archived, or completed.
Task tracking
Break projects into tasks with priority, status, assignee, due date, and estimated hours. Kanban board and list views available.
Client management
Manage clients with contact info, billing email, currency, and notes. Link clients to projects for accurate invoicing.
Project budgets
Set hour or cost budgets per project. Real-time budget usage tracking with alerts at configurable thresholds.
Billable vs non-billable
Mark projects and tasks as billable or non-billable. Reports separate the two automatically for accurate client billing.
Task comments
Collaborate on tasks with threaded comments. Keep context attached to the work, not scattered across chat tools.
Team Management
Roles, teams, and organizational structure
Role-based access
Five roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member, Client Viewer. Each role has carefully scoped permissions enforced server-side.
Team structure
Organize members into teams with team leads. Assign teams to projects. Managers see only their assigned teams.
Invite by email
Invite new members via email. They receive a link to sign up and join your organization instantly.
Member dashboard
Each member sees their own dashboard: current timer, today's hours, weekly totals, assigned tasks, and timesheet status.
Manager dashboard
Managers see team activity: who's tracking now, pending approvals, project progress, budget alerts, and workload distribution.
Team capacity view
See who's overloaded and who has bandwidth. Compare scheduled hours vs. tracked hours across your team.
Schedules & Time Off
Plan shifts and manage leave requests
Shift scheduling
Create schedules for team members: date, start/end time, project, and optional job site. View by day, week, or month.
Attendance tracking
Compare scheduled shifts with actual tracked time. Flag late starts, missed shifts, early departures, and abandoned shifts.
Time-off requests
Employees submit vacation, sick, personal, or unpaid leave requests. Managers approve or reject with one click.
Holiday calendar
Define organization-wide holidays by country. Mark holidays as paid or unpaid. Holidays appear on team calendars.
Overtime detection
Configurable daily and weekly overtime thresholds. Overtime hours are calculated automatically for payroll reports.
Schedule notifications
Team members receive notifications about upcoming shifts, schedule changes, and approved/rejected time-off requests.
Payroll, Invoicing & Expenses
From tracked time to payment-ready data
Pay rates
Set hourly pay rates per member, per project, or globally. Rates support effective dates so historical payroll stays accurate.
Payroll reports
Generate payroll-ready reports for any date range. Shows regular hours, overtime hours, gross amounts. Export to CSV.
Billable rates
Set client billing rates per project, task, or member. Different from pay rates — these determine what you charge clients.
Invoice generation
Create draft invoices from approved billable time. Line items show hours, rates, and amounts. Export as PDF or CSV.
Expense tracking
Log expenses with receipts, categories, and project/client associations. Submit, approve, reject, and reimburse workflows.
Project profitability
See gross margin per project: billable amount minus labor cost minus approved expenses. Know which projects make money.
Reports & Analytics
Actionable insights from your workforce data
Time reports
Time by user, project, task, or client. Filter by date range, billable status, team, and more. Every report exports to CSV.
Workforce analytics
Utilization rates, capacity planning, attendance patterns, and unusual activity flags. See trends over weeks and months.
Budget tracking
Real-time project budget usage. Hour budgets and cost budgets with percentage alerts. Never go over budget unknowingly.
Daily & weekly trends
Charts showing hours tracked per day, weekly totals, monthly trends, and year-over-year comparisons.
Activity reports
Activity levels by hour, focus time analysis, peak productivity hours, top applications used, and mouse/keyboard ratios.

Location-aware tracking for on-site work
Job sites
Define job sites with address, GPS coordinates, and geofence radius. Assign sites to projects and clients.
Geofence clock-in/out
